Setting the context

H2Health supports patients across the U.S. with a wide range of therapeutic services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and workers’ compensation care. As the organization scaled, so did the complexity of onboarding patients, managing appointments, and coordinating care across locations and teams.

H2Health needed a unified digital platform, one that could reduce administrative friction, give patients more control over their care journey, and help staff operate with better visibility and confidence.

Saguna Consulting partnered with H2Health to design and deliver an integrated patient and admin ecosystem spanning web and mobile platforms.

Why this mattered

Patient care begins long before the appointment.

Manual intake processes, fragmented tools, and limited visibility slowed down both patients and staff. Patients spent valuable clinic time completing paperwork. Administrators lacked real-time insight into registrations and completion status. Critical information lived across systems.

Improving this wasn’t just about efficiency, it was about experience, trust, and continuity of care.

The constraint

The platform needed to support sensitive health data while remaining simple enough for everyday use. It had to integrate existing systems, including the Home Exercise Program (HEP), without forcing patients into multiple logins or workflows.

At the same time, requirements evolved as different locations and teams surfaced their needs. Security, usability, and reliability had to be built in from day one without slowing delivery.

Our delivery

Saguna Consulting designed and built three tightly integrated applications:

  • Patient Portal (Web + iOS + Android)
    Enabling secure self-registration, access to home exercise programs, appointment visibility, and calendar integration.
  • Admin Portal (Web)
    Supporting user management, patient registration reporting, real-time notifications, data purging for compliance, and dynamic brand updates without downtime.

We focused on clean workflows, strong data security, and real-time visibility. Regular testing cycles and close collaboration helped resolve third-party integrations and balance speed with stability.
