Setting the context
Resolution Health works at the intersection of clinical care and research, helping patients participate in genomic studies during routine infusion visits. The goal was simple but meaningful: remove friction from genome testing by meeting patients where they already are inside existing treatment workflows.
Saguna Consulting partnered with Resolution Health to design a secure digital platform that enables patient identification, consent, data collection, and lab coordination without disrupting care delivery.
Why this mattered
Genomic testing has the power to advance research and improve outcomes but only when participation is easy and accessible. For patients, complex enrollment processes can feel overwhelming. For care teams and labs, manual coordination slows everything down. Resolution Health needed a way to simplify consent, data capture, and reporting while maintaining trust, privacy, and clinical rigor. The opportunity was to turn a complex, multi-step process into a clear, guided experience.
The constraint
At the start, requirements were still forming.
Clinical workflows, lab coordination, and data needs were evolving in parallel. The platform had to support sensitive health and genomic data, integrate smoothly with lab partners, and remain flexible as the program took shape.

Our delivery
Saguna Consulting took an iterative, collaborative approach to shape the platform in real time. We designed and built a secure system that:
