Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher or entry-level IT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in IT Recruitment. The selected candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support 

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various IT roles under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the screening process by evaluating resumes against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure proper documentation throughout the hiring process.

Job Posting & Sourcing

  • Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.

Screening & Coordination

  • Conduct initial resume screening to shortlist candidates in alignment with role requirements, with support from senior recruiters.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date hiring records.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Support the feedback and follow-up process by coordinating updates, sharing outcomes, and maintaining a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and/or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
