Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making, market intelligence, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate is a smart, data-driven thinker with excellent communication skills and high IQ-level analytical abilities (IQAC level excellence preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and client databases.
- Conduct analytics on client data and support client outreach initiatives.
- Assist in preparing listing presentations, client reports, and development proposals.
- Oversee sales contracts, from client qualification to closing, including compiling board packages.
- Ensure smooth documentation flow and maintain key listing files, contracts, and agreements.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and corporate offices.
- Utilize modeling, data interpretation, and strategic analysis to solve business problems and improve productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics teams for segmentation planning, performance measurement, and account classification.
- Research market trends, competitor data, and internal metrics to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Use insights from data to guide company decision-making and present recommendations for enhanced business operations.
- Organize and store research data and reports for future reference and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong academic background are encouraged)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Familiarity with AI tools(ChatGpt or similar tools).
- Highly intelligent and analytical – exceptional IQ and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work directly with senior leadership including the CEO.
