Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery across cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client engagement, requiring a strong technical foundation alongside the ability to manage stakeholders and drive execution.
The ideal candidate brings experience across Microsoft technologies, full-stack environments, and modern development frameworks, along with strong ownership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion
- Lead and coordinate development teams across .NET, Java, Angular, Python, MERN, and AI-based solutions
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure quality delivery, code standards, and best development practices
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and progress updates
- Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and product teams for smooth execution
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices
- Support presales and proposal discussions when required

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software development and/or project management
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or team leadership
- Experience handling international clients and enterprise projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proven experience managing multi-technology development teams
- Strong experience in client handling, stakeholder communication, and delivery management
