Overview:
We are looking for a Web Designer & Developer with strong expertise in Webflow to lead the revamp and ongoing management of our company website. This role combines design thinking with hands-on development, focused on building scalable, high-performing marketing websites aligned with global standards.
The ideal candidate brings experience across Webflow, Figma, and modern web design practices, with a strong understanding of UI/UX, content structure, and performance for service-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable websites using Webflow (primary), with exposure to Framer and Figma
- Conduct website audits and recommend design and content improvements aligned with business goals
- Lead website redesigns (end-to-end) as well as incremental improvements and fixes
- Build modern, user-friendly, and differentiated UI/UX aligned with IT services positioning
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, accessibility, and scalability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on content strategy, sitemap, and brand tone
- Integrate AI tools selectively for content, wireframing, and SEO workflows
- Deliver projects within defined timelines (~2 weeks for tweaks, ~1–1.5 months for redesigns)
- Provide clear effort estimates and budget visibility
Required Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in web design and development (agency, contract, or full-time)
- Strong portfolio of marketing websites across industries (SaaS, services, IT, nonprofits, healthcare, etc.)
- Expertise in Webflow (4+ years) with ability to handle both design and development independently
- Experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Working knowledge of Framer (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO, content structure, and scalable website architecture
- Experience working with international clients (US/Europe preferred)
- Ability to provide ballpark estimates for different project scopes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience building consulting or IT services websites
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction design
- Understanding of conversion-focused design and user journeys
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Familiarity with modern web performance and accessibility standards
